- Educational program enrollment within the first 14 days
- Business decision support packages with documented service failures
- Workshop registrations cancelled at least 48 hours before start date
Non-Eligible Services
- Completed consulting sessions where advice was delivered
- Custom reports that have been generated and delivered
- Services used for more than 30 days
- Workshop cancellations made less than 48 hours before event
